Group strategy

Direction

Pantelić Group is building a vertically integrated platform across food, agriculture, and hospitality, where each company supplies, supports, or strengthens the next. Through quality leadership, long-term local partnerships, and disciplined international expansion, the Group creates value at every stage, from the field to the fork, and from the bedroom to the boardroom.

Growth Drivers

Five strategic pillars that drive the Group forward

The Group's long-term growth rests on five interconnected strategic pillars. Each one builds on the others, creating an ecosystem where quality, partnership, and discipline reinforce each other across the food, agriculture, and hospitality businesses of the Group.

  1. 01

    Vertical Integration

From the Pantelić feed mill that nourishes the Aviprom poultry farms, to the Panberry cold storage that processes fruit harvested just kilometres away, the Group builds shorter supply chains and tighter quality control by owning and operating the steps that matter most.

  2. 02

    Quality and Certification Leadership

A portfolio of internationally recognised certifications, including IFS Food at High Level, HACCP, GlobalG.A.P., USDA NOP, EU Organic, Naturland, Sedex SMETA 4-Pillar, Kosher, Halal, and FDA registration, supports the Group's ambition to compete at the highest tier of European and global private label and branded markets.

  3. 03

    Disciplined International Expansion

The Group's frozen-fruit business already serves more than fifteen countries across Europe, North America, and the Asia-Pacific region, with continuous participation in leading trade fairs such as Anuga, PLMA International, and Saudi Food Show. Each new market is approached with long-term commitment, not opportunism.

  4. 04

    Long-term Local Partnerships

A network of more than 1,200 contracted agricultural growers across Central Serbia is the foundation of the Group's frozen-fruit programme. These partnerships are built on stable contracts, weekly payments, and end-of-season top-ups, an approach that has earned the trust of three generations of Serbian farmers.

  5. 05

    Modernisation and Operational Discipline

Continuous investment in automation and modern equipment, from the fully reconstructed cold-storage complex completed in 2021 to the automated broiler farms and the upgraded feed mill with 16,000 t silo capacity, ensures the Group operates at current best-practice efficiency in every business unit.

Strategic Priorities

Three priorities that shape the next decade

The Group's five growth drivers come together under three macro priorities, each guiding investment, partnerships, and operational decisions across every company in the portfolio.

/ Priority 01

Operational Excellence

Bringing every Group company to the highest current operational standard, where quality is verifiable, processes are repeatable, and outcomes are predictable.

  • Modern, automated production facilities across food and agriculture
  • Continuous renewal of internationally recognised quality certifications
  • Investment in staff development, training, and process discipline
/ Priority 02

Sustainable Growth

Building lasting value through partnership and integration, not opportunism, with growth that strengthens the Group's local ecosystem rather than depleting it.

  • Vertically integrated value chains across food and agriculture
  • Long-term contracts and stable income for Serbian growers
  • Investment in the rural economy of Central Serbia
/ Priority 03

International Reach

Disciplined expansion into European, North American, and Asian markets, market by market, with offers tailored to each customer and each geography.

  • Active presence at Anuga, PLMA International, and Saudi Food Show
  • Tailored private label and B2B solutions for each market
  • Long-term distributor relationships, not transactional sales
At Our Core

Mission, vision, and the values that hold them together

Three statements that anchor every decision, every investment, and every relationship the Group enters into, today and across the next generation.

Mission

Why we exist

To produce and deliver food, agricultural products, and hospitality experiences that meet the highest international standards of quality and food safety, while supporting the long-term development of Central Serbia and the people who make this work possible.

Vision

What we are building toward

To be recognised as a multi-generational Serbian holding that combines disciplined business with care for the land and people, operating to global standards while remaining rooted in local relationships, family continuity, and long-term partnerships.

Our Values

Five principles that guide everything

/ 01

Quality first

Every product, every guest experience, every contract is measured against the highest standard the industry offers, not the one the market accepts.

/ 02

Tradition as foundation

Three generations of the Pantelić family have built this Group, one decade at a time, with the same patience that defines a family business.

/ 03

Long-term thinking

Decisions are made for the next generation, not the next quarter. This shapes how the Group invests, hires, sources, and partners.

/ 04

Local roots, global reach

Rooted in Central Serbia, the Group works with local growers, employs local people, and exports their work to customers across three continents.

/ 05

Care for people

From employees to growers to guests, every relationship is built on respect, fair terms, and the understanding that the Group succeeds only if its people succeed.
