The leadership of Pantelić Group brings together professional
experience accumulated across animal nutrition, poultry
farming, frozen-fruit export, and hospitality. Each member of
the team has built their expertise inside the operations they
now lead, which means decisions are made with first-hand
knowledge of the realities on the production floor, on the
farm, in the cold-storage plant, and in the hotel.

decentralised execution. The Group sets common
