In food and agriculture, the Group operates a vertically integrated cluster, the Pantelić animal-nutrition feed mill in Ratina, the automated Aviprom 2011 broiler farms in Metikoš, and the internationally certified Panberry IQF frozen-fruit business that exports to more than fifteen markets across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia.
In hospitality, the Group runs two four-star properties in Central Serbia, Hotel Sunce, a fully reconstructed spa resort in Sokobanja with its 1,300 m² wellness centre, and Hotel Botika, a refined city hotel in the centre of Kraljevo with the Monarch restaurant. Together these five companies form a single industrial and hospitality platform rooted in the heart of Serbia.

Dragoslav Pantelić starts a small animal-feed production operation in the village of Progorelica near Kraljevo, the workshop that would later grow into a modern industrial feed mill.
The brothers Ivica and Miloš Pantelić formally found the feed-production company that becomes the operational core of the future Group.
Pantelić DOO is registered in its current legal form, and a modern feed factory in Ratina is brought into operation, raising production capacity to twenty tonnes per hour.
Aviprom 2011 is established in Metikoš, with automated broiler farms supplied directly by the Group's own feed mill, creating a fully vertically integrated poultry operation.
Hotel Botika begins operating in the centre of Kraljevo, a four-star city hotel with the Monarch restaurant, marking the Group's first step into hospitality.
The cold-storage and frozen-fruit business begins operating in Ratina, laying the foundation of what becomes the internationally certified Panberry export brand.
The Group acquires the Hotel Sunce property in Sokobanja and begins a multi-year reconstruction project that will bring it back to operation as a modern four-star spa resort.
After a five-year reconstruction, Hotel Sunce welcomes its first guests, with 155 accommodation units, a 1,300 m² wellness centre, and biomass-and-heat-pump heating across the property.
The cold-storage facility undergoes a complete reconstruction and modernisation, expanding capacity, certifications, and export reach under the Panberry brand.

In Ratina, just five kilometres from Kraljevo, the Group's industrial heart brings two operations side by side, the modern feed mill with sixteen thousand tonnes of silo capacity and a twenty-tonne-per-hour production line, and the IQF cold-storage complex with two freezing tunnels and four thousand tonnes of storage at minus eighteen degrees Celsius.
