  2. Purpose of collection and processing. The purpose of collecting and processing personal data is to ensure smooth business operations through customer service channels, the security of customers, the facilitation of electronic commerce in accordance with applicable law, as well as informing customers for the purpose of direct marketing through SMS, email, and Viber notifications, all in line with good business practices and with the goal of providing high-quality service.
  3. Use of collected data. Personal data collected will be used in a manner that allows identification of customers using our customer service channels and recipients of direct marketing through SMS, email, and Viber notifications, in accordance with good business practices, the protection of business confidentiality, and the law.
  4. Authorized parties. In addition to Pantelić Group d.o.o., the following associated companies operating within Pantelić Group are authorized to use personal data: Pantelić d.o.o., Aviprom 2011 d.o.o., Panberry, Hotel Sunce, and Hotel Botika.
  5. Voluntary submission. Customers using our customer service channels provide their personal data voluntarily. If customers do not wish to use these services, they are not required to submit any data. However, for purchases, record keeping, submitting complaints, receiving useful information, and participating in direct marketing activities, the submission of personal data is required.
  6. Right to withdraw consent. Persons who have given consent for the collection and processing of data have the right to withdraw their consent at any time. The legal consequence of such withdrawal is the termination of customer status with the data controller and the cessation of any further collection and processing of data of the person who has withdrawn consent.

Data Collection

Data for which a person consents to be collected and processed will be required and necessary for Pantelić Group and its associated companies for the preparation, conclusion, and execution of contracts of sale of products from the sales assortment of associated companies, for the calculation and invoicing of contractual obligations, for the delivery of pro forma invoices and invoices, for the recording and resolution of consumer complaints, as well as for establishing and maintaining contact with consumers.

By providing their data, customers using our customer service channels grant consent for Pantelić Group and its associated companies to send them email, SMS, and Viber notifications. Persons retain the right to unsubscribe from email, SMS, and Viber lists, after which they will no longer receive promotional messages.

Pantelić Group will undertake all necessary and appropriate measures to prevent any misuse of the personal data of individuals. Personal data will be stored in electronic format with user-level authorisation and file system encryption.

Persons may request from Pantelić Group information about the processing of their data, the right to inspect their data, or a copy of their personal data, in the form in which the information is held.
